**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing Manager to lead our marketing
efforts, develop a comprehensive strategy to increase brand awareness, and
drive subscription growth. The ideal candidate will be an innovative
strategist and a hands-on executor with a proven track record in digital
marketing within the B2B sector, preferably with experience in the legal or IP
realm.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, improve SEO, and increase user adoption.
* Manage all digital marketing channels including SEO, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
* Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality content relevant to our target audience.
* Oversee social media strategy and online community engagement.
* Utilize analytics to track campaign performance and ROI, adjusting strategies as needed.
* Serve as the liaison between the sales team and marketing efforts, ensuring alignment in strategy and goals.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
* Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
* Experience in SEO, marketing database, email, social media, and/or content marketing.
* Previous experience with marketing automation tools and analytics software.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to lead and inspire a team.
* Experience in B2B marketing and the legal/IP sector is highly preferred.
