**The Product**
Our flagship offering, Puller AI, is a leading-edge and AI-native SaaS
offering to help bridge the "data-to-insights" gap. We work with some of the
most exciting consumer brands and retailers in the world and care deeply about
introducing a step-change in productivity to the organizations we serve.
**The Role**
Are you passionate about leading technical innovation? We're seeking a
visionary Lead AI SaaS Engineer to spearhead our product development efforts
for Puller AI. As a mission-critical member of our startup, you'll drive the
architecture, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions that
transform businesses of beloved brands worldwide. Comfort with rapidly
defining and executing practical, iterative development cycles are a must.
**Preferred Qualifications**
An ideal candidate has many of the bucket list below and a demonstrated
history of effective and efficient product engineering.
* Solid experience building production backend systems.
* Proficiency in Python and related data/ML libraries.
* Strong knowledge of AWS or similar cloud stack technologies (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
* Experience with database or data warehouse design.
* Familiarity with data transformation and ETL processes, preferably using dbt.
* Working knowledge of task orchestration frameworks like Airflow or Dagster.
* Previous experience in machine learning or data science development and deployment is a plus.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
* Working knowledge of state-of-the-art AI / ML frameworks and tools.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
