**Role Overview:**
As Chief Technical Officer, you will spearhead the architectural development
and strategic direction of our applications. This role demands a visionary
leader passionate about driving R&D efforts, fostering collaboration across
departments, and leading our product evolution. You will be instrumental in
conceptualizing and delivering features that set new industry standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Strategize alongside the CEO and product teams to define and implement the product feature roadmap.
* Establish and oversee a dedicated R&D team to tackle intricate AI-related challenges.
* Architect and refine application structures with a focus on microservices and scalability.
* Cultivate and lead a comprehensive full-stack development team.
* Manage reporting on team progress, product development, and strategic alignment to executive leadership.
* Monitor development and production costs, ensuring alignment with roadmaps and schedules.

**Requirements:**
Technical Proficiencies:
* AI Skills: Expertise in Python (minimum 5 years), application of AI technologies (LLMs, diffusers, Zero-Shot, etc.), and proficiency in AI frameworks (Torch, CUDA, TensorFlow).
* Familiarity with hardware acceleration technologies and cloud infrastructure (AWS, serverless architectures) is essential.
* Web Application Development: Advanced knowledge in TypeScript for Node.js and ReactJS, with at least 5 years of experience. A deep understanding of web application architecture, microservices, scalability, and database management (SQL and NoSQL) is required.
* Mobile Application Development: Proficiency in React Native and experience with iOS and Android platforms. Knowledge of CI/CD processes and version control (GitLab, GitHub) is crucial.
Soft Skills:
* A genuine enthusiasm for startup culture.
* Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams (R&D, Engineering, Product).
* Proficiency in project management tools (Shortcut, Jira, Linear) and documentation platforms (Notion).
* Strong participation in product meetings and design discussions is expected.
Experience:
* Leadership of multiple teams, with a minimum size of 10 members.
* At least 5 years in a CTO or CEO role with a track record of developing successful products.
* Experience in developing public AI products and understanding both B2B and B2C product development.
