We are one of the fastest growing mortgage companies with a new model for real
estate agents. We are blurring the lines between what it means to be a real
estate agent and a loan officer to expand real estate agents' earning
opportunities. We need a confident, creative mind to come in and help us grow
our pipeline. Our business just doubled and we are looking to double again in
the next 6 months!
About the Role: You will work directly with our sales representatives in the
field. We will provide you with production numbers on agents that also have
their mortgage license. Your job is to bring on as many as you can and keep
them happy. You will need to obtain your NMLS mortgage license for this role
BUT it is not a requirement to get this role. We will train you to be
successful.
Compensation:
$50,000 base salary
Commission per closed deals. Increasing tiered incentive bonsues. In the first
year you should earn $100,000
By year two you should be on track for $175,000+
About you:
Youโre comfortable with using CRM tools. You can write well and love talking
to people and exciting them.
You are passionate about sales, building relationships and gaining trust.
You are honest and able to deliver accurate, timely updates to your clients to
maintain a strong working relationship.
Positive team player that thrives in collaborative environments.
YOU MUST be able to take calls over the weekend (only 5 minutes at a time).
This is a dealbreaker for this role if you cannot answer your sales reps when
they need help.
