experiences”. Teams from multiple and diverse verticals are looking for
solutions to connect in person employee and client engagement, and to capture
customers into omnichannel buying platforms by providing engaging
communication. Our understanding of these challenges and our extensive
platform, along with ease of use, gives our clients a competitive advantage.
The budget to provide “in person digital experiences” is said to reach over $2
trillion.

About This Role
We are looking for an early-career salesperson looking for the opportunity to
craft their talents and skills and become a full-cycle Account Executive to
join our sales team. You will help us grow the market by researching and
generating leads, booking meetings with prospective clients, creating
proposals, closing new business and growing accounts. Position will provide a
clear bridge between clients and our customer success/support teams. Position
reports directly to our Asst. Head of Sales and will be instrumental in the
growth trajectory of the outbound sales team. This is a fully remote work
position, based in US time zones.

Responsibilities
Participate in an enhanced career path development and training program
Proactively manage and complete tasks and activities that drive new business,
upsells and cross sell opportunities
Consistently achieve qualified opportunity goals to ensure company revenue
objectives are met
Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop
accounts to stimulate opportunity for initial close and growth.
Understand prospects need to create value based solutions, present those
solutions and work with prospects to move those solutions to close.
Develop new sales opportunities by executing outbound cold calling and email
campaign strategies, onboard new accounts, encourage growth within existing
accounts, execute sales strategies, and negotiate agreements

Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience with a strong track record of performance in a
sales role
Strong presence on the phone overcoming objections as well as well-written
communication
Self-motivated with a hunger to be successful. We are a fast-growing company,
and need people who will take initiative to “figure it out” and take ownership
to be successful in the role
Enjoy engaging executives in intelligent conversations about their business
needs.
Possess strong communications and interpersonal skills, with an engaging
personality
Meet or exceed sales quota consistently
English speaking

Compensation
Base $50K
OTE: $70-95K

Work Location
This is a remote position based in the US

OptiSigns focuses on Digital Signage. Their company has offices in Houston.
