**Job Description:**

We’re looking for an experienced B2B marketer to develop and drive growth
marketing strategy.

OpenEnvoy uses applied AI to help companies accelerate finance transformation
by digitizing accounts payable and receivables. We help companies eliminate
losses to supplier over-billing, duplicate invoices, and fraud while
optimizing payment timing and cash flow. Recognized in 2023 by Gartner as a
Cool Vendor, OpenEnvoy is one of the most exciting startups in B2B SaaS.

**The Director of Demand Generation role offers an opportunity for an outsized
impact on our strategy to drive pipeline for our growing sales team, and to
build as we grow.**

The perfect fit for this role will have a minimum of seven years of measurable
success in B2B SaaS companies. This role requires a deep, well-rounded
understanding of various demand generation strategies, coupled with a proven
track record of driving growth and accelerating revenue.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Partner with marketing and sales leadership to develop comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies
2. Execute strategies, programs, and tactics to generate high-quality leads and optimize conversion rates throughout the buyer’s journey
3. Work in close collaboration with the sales team to ensure leads are effectively followed up on, contributing to the overall sales pipeline
4. Define key performance indicators, measure effectiveness of marketing initiatives, and use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns
5. Partner on planning for compelling content across the buyer’s journey including bespoke and licensed thought leadership, analyst content, case studies, etc.
6. Continually stay ahead of the curve on the latest industry trends, advancements, and best practices in demand generation, integrating learnings into our strategies.

**Who You Are:**

* At least 7 years of experience in demand generation roles, preferably in venture-backed B2B or enterprise SaaS
* Experience in spend management or finance applications is preferred
* Proven track record of successfully launching, managing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that significantly drive pipeline and revenue
* Deep understanding of modern marketing tools and platforms, as well as metrics-driven marketing and lead generation best practices.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to generate, analyze, and interpret data to make data-driven decisions and strategies
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas and strategies.
* Self-driven and motivated, comfortable with ambiguity, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment with a willingness to take ownership of marketing goals
* Strong leadership and management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and lead a team as OpenEnvoy grows
