Job Summary:

ONGROK, a leading herbal accessory company, is seeking a highly motivated and
driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will
be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through building and
maintaining relationships with new and existing customers in the US market.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales professional with a passion
for the herbal industry, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets
and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to
drive sales growth and revenue.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base and
increase revenue.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and exceed
customer expectations.
• Understand and stay up-to-date with industry trends and product offerings to
provide expert advice and support to customers.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop new
products and improve existing ones based on customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer
interactions, and market trends.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to represent the
company and promote our products and services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the herbal industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer
expectations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
• Ability to travel as needed.
