**About the Role:**
As a Support Engineer at OneTrack, your primary focus is to be the technical
linchpin that ensures our customers can effectively and efficiently use our
systems. You'll serve as the frontline for customer support, specializing in
troubleshooting sensor issues, backend setup for new customers and sites, and
user account creation, among other tasks.
We're on the lookout for a proactive individual who thrives on problem-solving
through data analytics and relishes collaborative team efforts.
**Responsibilities:**
* Assist site users with data requests
* Assist with new customer/site onboarding
* Update backend database when implementing a new Customer / Site
* Data review and analysis
* New report configurations based on data set
* Cross functional team engagement
* Configure report design based on customer specifications
* Expand usage of data analysis tools

* Strong experience communicating with customers
* Proficient with SQL database
* Proficient in JSON
* Project Management Experience

* Experience with Python
* Minimum 2 years of experience with BI tools such as Tableau Desktop
