On the Rise Coaching and Consulting is looking for an individual with relevant
skills and experience in the field of IT/Development to be a part of its board
members.
The requirements for the above post include:
**Board Member 1: IT/Development**
* Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and emerging technologies.
* Experience with Startups: Previous experience working with or advising early-stage startups on technology strategies.
* Project Management Skills: Proven track record of managing IT projects from conception to deployment.
* Security Knowledge: Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices to safeguard company and client data.
* Innovative Mindset: Ability to recommend and implement innovative tech solutions to improve operational efficiency.
**Note: This is a board memmber position with posibility of equity after a
period of one year. Salary is subject to negotiation in future this being a
Board memeber position.**
