**Role Overview:**
We're seeking a passionate and versatile Founding Software Engineer to develop
our backend platform and mobile application. As a key player in our startup,
you'll have a significant impact on our product development and technical
direction.
**Responsibilities:**
* Design and develop the backend architecture for our art display platform
* Create RESTful APIs to support our mobile application and e-paper displays
* Develop and maintain our mobile application for iOS and Android
* Implement secure user authentication and artwork licensing systems
* Design and manage cloud-based infrastructure for scalability and reliability
* Optimize data flow between our platform, mobile app, and e-paper displays
* Collaborate with firmware and hardware engineers to optimize integration
* Contribute to technical decision-making and product strategy
**Requirements:**
* Strong experience in backend development
* Proficiency in mobile app development (iOS and Android)
* Experience in IoT server-side programming and device management
* Experience with cloud services
* Knowledge of database design and management
* Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation
* Understanding of security best practices and data protection
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
