Job Description:
Position: Software Engineer / AI Engineer (LangChain Framework)
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement AI models using LangChain, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
● Integrate AI features into our platform collaboratively.
● Deploy applications and APIs using Gradio, Streamlit, Flask, and FastAPI.
● Implement and maintain ML solutions within AWS cloud environments.
● Optimise ML pipelines for RAG applications.
● Conduct A/B testing and validate models against business objectives.
● Ensure scalability, performance, and security of AI infrastructure.
● Lead digital strategy and roadmap for RAG and chatbot products.
● Independently lead the product development lifecycle.
Required Skills:
● Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
● Experience with LangChain, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
● Strong programming skills in Python and ML frameworks.
● Proficiency in deploying scalable ML models.
● Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
● Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork.
Preferred Skills:
● AI model optimization and infrastructure management.
● Knowledge of federated learning and edge inference models.
● Understanding of data privacy in AI.
● Leadership experience in cross-functional teams.
● Familiarity with vector stores, search algorithms, and ETL development.
