NuBinary is seeking a Senior Tech Lead / Full-Stack Software Engineer for a
full-time hybrid position based in Toronto, ON, with flexibility for remote
work. This role presents a unique opportunity for experienced software
developers to collaborate with our team of seasoned tech executives, offering
a pathway to elevate their careers. As a Tech Lead at NuBinary, you will
engage with various companies across multiple industries, gaining exposure to
cutting-edge technologies and a wealth of learning opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Designing software architecture
* Translating client business requirements into product features
* Leading technical teams
* Overseeing and contributing to software development projects
* Coaching and mentoring other software development team members

We work with a diverse range of technology stacks, with many of our MVP
projects implemented in Ruby on Rails and React. Prior experience with these
frameworks is highly desirable.

Qualifications
**
* Expertise in Ruby on Rails or similar MVC frameworks such as Django or Express.js.
* Past experience with React.js, Vue.js or similar frameworks
* Experience with relational/SQL databases
* Fluency in Git and software life cycle management
* Demonstrated experience as a team lead or technical lead
* Proficiency in full-stack software development
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
* Previous experience in tech startup environments is a plus
**Compensation**
* $110,000 to $150,000 per year plus stock options
