**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to
join our dynamic team at Notice Ninja. The ideal candidate will play a key
role in the development and enhancement of our cutting-edge tax notice
resolution and compliance platform. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will
leverage your expertise in the MERN stack, MySQL, AWS Managed Services, and
professional engineering techniques to contribute to the success of our
mission.
**Responsibilities:**
* Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable and robust software solutions using a modified MERN (MySQL, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.
* Utilize AWS Managed Services for building, deploying, and maintaining cloud-based applications.
* Write high-quality, maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
* Mentor team members, provide technical guidance, and foster a collaborative and innovative engineering culture.
* Contribute to architectural decisions and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-impact features.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience in software development with a strong focus on the MERN stack and MySQL.
* Solid understanding and practical experience with AWS Managed Services.
* Demonstrated ability to write high-quality code using best practices and standards.
* Strong history of delivering quality software solutions and contributing to the development of enterprise-grade platforms.
* Experience in mentoring team members and guiding a team towards successful project delivery.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
