**Responsibilities**
* Development of the front-end components & workflows for the next generation of NOCTEM's customer-facing applications
* Working with a UX designer and NOCTEM's core Product team, develop & maintain technical project plans & delivery timelines
* Bug fixes & feature improvements for NOCTEM's current applications
**Requirements**
* Has a comprehensive understanding of software development in a modern JavaScript stack incl. frameworks/libraries such as Angular, Next.js, View.js, Tailwind CSS, Express, and Capacitor - with 6+ years working experience
* Experience developing customer-facing software incl. mobile apps - preferably in a regulated industry (e.g. healthcare, insurance, finance)
* Experience working in git
* Works well with a high-level of autonomy on a small team in a remote startup environment
* Ability to troubleshoot complex systems
* Ability to effectively discuss technical concepts and project plans with less-technical members of our team
