**Job Title:** Account Executive - Out-of-Home (OOH) Advertising
**Market:** New York, New Jersey, Boston, Dallas, or Tampa

**Position Overview:**
As an Account Executive, you will be working closely with the VP of Sales and
play a crucial role in managing and growing our client relationships. This is
a high volume prospecting sales position. You will be responsible for driving
new business, developing strategic partnerships, revenue growth, and managing
accounts with high level customer service. Your expertise ad sales combined
with your strong interpersonal and sales skills will enable you to thrive in
this position. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sales rep to
make a significant impact in the OOH industry.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Identify, prospect, hunt and drive proactive new business opportunities.
* Exceed monthly goals by converting leads into qualified customers and won deals
* Cultivate a pipeline of sales opportunities through consistent outreach and follow-up
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their advertising objectives and providing strategic guidance for effective OOH campaigns.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative and impactful OOH advertising solutions that meet client objectives and align with industry trends.
* Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to clients, showcasing the value and effectiveness of our OOH advertising services.
* Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and clients; working full sales cycle opportunities from initial contact, to close and up-sell/cross-sell.
* Monitor campaign performance and provide reports to clients, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

**Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the advertising industry, preferably in OOH advertising.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
* Experience with CRM to manage your sales pipeline and accurately forecast and project revenue against existing sales goals.
* Have agency and client relationships
* Exceptional presentation, written, verbal, and negotiation communication skills
* Self-motivated team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize workflow and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
* Self-starter and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Discipline to maintain high outbound sales activity
* Energetic, relationship-builder with a positive attitude and the desire to work hard
