**Requirements:**
β’ The Mobility Manager will own the design, development, and
support of mobile solutions.
β’ The Mobility Manager will be hands on in design and architecture
as well as lead a small team of analysts and developers to deliver quality
solutions.
β’ The Mobility Manager will work closely with the team to create
best practices, introduce new technologies, thinking both small (phone) and
large (tablet) solutions to solve complex industry problems on IOS and Android
β’ Work closely with product and design stakeholders to design and
build best-in-class apps that drive efficiencies, cost savings and customer
engagement.
β’ Set and implement policies and procedures for testing and quality
standards.
β’ Lead, manage and attract talent to grow the team to new levels of
performance in an inclusive environment.
β’ Architect, design, and analyze diverse solutions based on
evolving requirements
β’ Establish and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with
vendors and service suppliers
β’ Responsible for integrating transaction and content APIs,
analytic services, in-app messaging, and push notification solutions
β’ Use of User Experience Architecture, User-Centered Design
Analysis and mobile application design.
β’ Ensure stability, simplify environment & deliver strategic
solutions including adherence to Engineering Excellence and maintaining
development standards
β’ Utilize in-depth specialty knowledge of applications development
to analyze complex problems/issues, provide evaluation of business processes,
system processes, and industry standards, and make evaluative judgement
β’ Help drive process improvements across our engineering
organization with input to the broader company
β’ Manage multiple simultaneous tasks and projects with various and
changing levels of priority and difficulty.
β’ Develop technical solutions to highly complex or interrelated
problems.
β’ Support activities associated with business critical, 24x7
support
β’ Have Leadership experience (minimum 3 years, need not be a
manger) - MUST
β’ Should have business interaction, work with business to translate
requirements to technical solutions. - MUST
β’ Project Management Experience (optional) \- OPTIONAL
β’ Experience in managing offshore resources (if not willing to
manage offshore resources) - OPTIONAL, NICE TO HAVE
β’ How many mobile apps have you developed? (Need hands on
experience, we don't want to select candidates only with managing experience
and no hands on) - MUST
β’ Have you managed / developed apps in both Android and IOS -
OPTIONAL
β’ IONIC experience/knowledge is optional, but great if they have it
- OPTIONAL
β’ Must have experience in AWS Amplify, Cognito and Lambda. Other
AWS services like Dynamo DB, SQS are options - MUST
β’ Must have experience in consuming API's from other applications -
MUST
β’ Knowledge in SAP is optional, but wanted to know if any of their
project has SAP integration - OPTIONAL
β’ UI / UX experience is optional
