At MRGN, we are on a mission to deliver high-quality software products to our
customers. We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join
our dynamic Engineering team. If you have a strong commitment to ensuring
software quality and a desire to learn and grow in the field of software
testing, we want to hear from you.
**What you 'll do:**
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to understand project requirements and develop test plans.
* Create and execute test cases to verify the functionality, performance, and security of software applications.
* Identify, document, and track software defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
* Conduct regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not introduce new defects.
* Participate in the design and maintenance of automated test scripts.
* Perform manual testing as needed and provide feedback to improve the user experience.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes and methodologies.
**What 's expected:**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when needed.
* Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies is a plus.
* Familiarity with QA tools and frameworks is a plus (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail).
* Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and testing techniques.
* US Citizenship or Green Card
* 1-3 years work experience
* An analytical mind, attention to detail, self-motivated performer
* Professional demeanor and impeccable written / verbal communication skills
* Understanding of financial tech platforms
