##### Job Description :
* Provision and deploy physical and virtual systems according to defined best practices in physical Data Centers.
* Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
* Install, configure, update and maintain system management tools and firmware
* Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
* Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
* Write and maintain documentation for break / fix and change processes
* Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
* Provide 1st and 2nd level support
* Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
* Must be available to work after hours and weekends as needed
##### **Requirements:**
* 5+ Years of relevant technical experience
* Experience with VMware vSphere administration and maintenance is _mandatory_.
* Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Dell and Cisco server technologies.
* Solid experience in administration and troubleshooting of Dell-EMC like storage systems
* Solid experience in setup, administration and troubleshooting of enterprise backup solutions, e.g., Avamar, Networker, Data Domain, etc.
* Solid experience in the design, administration and troubleshooting of Disaster Recovery systems and procedures (preferably Zerto).
* Some cloud experience with AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Platform
* Experience with monitoring systems like New Relic or Solarwinds.
* PowerShell, Python or Bash scripting experience is a plus!
* Must have solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP, etc.)
* Proficient ability to communicate effectively with others using spoken and written English
* Ability to tackle projects and perform quality work with general supervision
* Ability to learn new technologies on the fly and absorb knowledge quickly
