**Role Overview:**
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representatives
to join our team across the US, EU, and Asia. In this role, you will be
instrumental in driving our growth by identifying new business opportunities,
nurturing client relationships, and promoting our innovative solutions in the
rapidly evolving Web3 space.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Identify and Prospect: Research and identify potential clients in the Web3, DeFi, and crypto sectors.
* Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate and qualify leads.
* Client Engagement: Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present MPCVault's solutions.
* Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
* Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and share market feedback.
* Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports on progress and forecasts.
**Qualifications:**
* Experience: 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the Web3, cybersecurity, saas, blockchain, or crypto industry.
* Knowledge: Strong understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, and digital asset management.
* Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a remote, global team.
* Network: Existing network within the Web3, crypto, or financial sectors is a plus.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
