**OVERVIEW**

We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join our growing
sales team. This person will play a foundational role as an early member of
our enterprise sales team, proactively engaging prospective customers to
understand their business and expanding the current enterprise sales team.

We’ve built an API-first infrastructure platform that enables companies to
build products that move money. Our sales are typically highly technical,
involving stakeholders across product, engineering, finance, and compliance.
This role is focused on our Enterprise segment, 2500+ employees and above and
reports to the VP of Sales.

**REQUIREMENTS:**

* Minimum 4+ years in sales leadership with 10+ overall years in a sales function, preferably in SaaS

* Consistent track record of achieving sales objectives and demonstrable planning and forecasting skills

* Strong relationship and account management skills

* Excellent coaching skills

* Proactive and solutions-oriented with the ability to work independently

* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels - internally as well as externally

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

* You have experience in infrastructure sales. You’ve orchestrated sales processes with multiple stakeholders, including technical ones.

* You have experience partnering closely with a sales engineering team. We typically have a sales engineer on every deal.

* You can deliver revenue objectives annually. We are looking for someone who is versatile enough to understand both inside sales, which is what most of our deals look like today, as well as field sales.

* You can segment and prioritize clients in collaboration with your enterprise sellers.

* You have a track record of managing teams of successful sellers. For us, success means that they are both producing revenue as well as learnings for the business.

* You have sourced, hired, and/or onboarded sellers, either as a peer or as a manager.

* You are intellectually curious and fascinated by innovative businesses, how they grow, and the technology they need to accelerate that growth.

* Manage and maintain the opportunity pipeline using internal sales management system(s) – including Salesforce, Scratchpad, etc.

* Regularly coach AEs on their strategy, approach, etc.

* Expect travel up to 30%

**WEEK BY WEEK**

During your first week you will:

* Develop an understanding of our customers and the problems we solve

* Review supporting collateral for use in our sales cycle

* Develop an understanding of our brand positioning, sales process and customer engagement

* Familiarize yourself with our infrastructure and tooling

During your first six weeks you will:

* Ramp on Modern Treasury

* Meet your team

* Begin coaching

During your first six months you will:

* Develop account plans/ strategy with your AEs

* Execute enterprise strategy
