favourite songs, artists, and genres. Our goal is to create an ecosystem where
people can go beyond consuming music and thus owning, earning and feeling part

financial products out there, as there are few things that are more universal

**The Opportunity**
At MITA we are building a team of like-minded individuals to propel one of the
most ambitious projects in the music industry. We are looking for a Lead
Mobile Developer with experience in building high-performance applications to
construct and launch a project determined to change an entire industry.
**What You 'll Do**
* Ideate, design, and build mobile interactions that make investing in music investing feel safe, simple, and exciting.
* Work with designers to flesh out MITA's product vision, and execute it on MITA's mobile experience.
* Hire the best mobile engineers and build a team capable of shipping high-quality software in lean teams.
* Develop and execute strategies that continuously up-skill engineers, keep them motivated, and ensure they have meaningful career progressions.
* Represent MITA's vision and mission to the engineering team and beyond, and be the voice of the customer.

* You thrive in situations with high levels of ambiguity, knowing how to create order from the chaos.
* You can be autonomous and know how to work across multiple teams with fluid ownership roles.
* You are able to communicate your work to team members from different disciplines to ensure coordination across teams.
* You have an exceptional design aesthetic.
**Requirements**
* Experience developing consumer mobile applications on React Native or iOS.
* Understanding of mobile development frameworks and app fundamentals.
* Experience building from scratch.
* Passionate about good UI/UX with an eye for detail and polish.
* Self-starter mentality and able to work independently and autonomously.
* Experience working in an Agile environment.
**Extra Points**
* Experience or interest in blockchain / decentralized technologies.
* Experience with Figma, Zeplin and similar tools.
* Experience in a startup environment.
* Ability to move to Los Angeles, California.
