**About Us:**
Mindr is a mission-driven digital health platform working to prevent or delay
Alzheimer’s and related dementias. Using AI-powered interventions and
personalized coaching, we empower people to take control of their cognitive
health.
We’re looking for a technical co-founder to join our leadership team and help
bring Mindr’s vision to life. This is a unique opportunity to shape a
meaningful product from the ground up, own a significant equity stake, and
play a key role in addressing a critical global health issue.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Design and implement the technical architecture of the Mindr platform.
Oversee the development of an MVP and scalable product iterations.
Collaborate with the founding team to align technology with business strategy.
Build and manage technical resources and partnerships.
Remain hands-on with coding and development in the early stages, transitioning
to a leadership role as we scale.
**What We’re Looking For:**
Experience building SaaS or AI-powered platforms, preferably in the health
tech space.
Strong technical expertise in full-stack development, cloud infrastructure,
and scalable architecture.
An entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to work for equity in a startup
environment.
A passion for innovation in healthcare and cognitive science.
A collaborative, proactive approach to problem-solving and leadership.
