We're looking for a Senior Developer to join our team and play a key role in
the development of our innovative platform. This is an equity-based position,
offering you a chance to directly benefit from our company's success as you
report directly to our CEO.
**Responsibilities:**
* Play a key role in the development and execution of our technology strategy.
* Contribute to system design and changes in system architecture.
* Work alongside the team to set priorities and build out product milestones.
* Implement machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies to enhance user experience and the platform's efficacy.
* Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders to define and achieve strategic objectives.
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience as a Senior Developer or similar role in a technology company.
* Experience in AI, machine learning, and data analytics.
* Prior experience with digital coaching platforms or learning management systems is a plus.
* In-depth knowledge of web systems architecture, design, and development.
* Hands-on experience with complex project management.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strategic thinker and problem-solving aptitude.
* BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
