custodial wallet holds proof-of-employment, proof-of-skill, and proof-of-
education, replacing the PDF resume. Job seekers can access their wallet
through a browser extension, which can then be used to interact with web3 job
applications. Adjacent to the product, Metaintro also runs the largest Discord
community dedicated to web3 jobs.
We're actively looking for a leader who can spearhead our advertisement sales
and affiliate relationships for our newsletter and website (open to full time
or part time). We currently have over 250,000 active readers and site
visitors, all of whom appreciate affiliate content that helps bolster their
career. If you’re passionate about web3 and helping people make the career
transition into web3, and love sales, then we need you on our team.
**Requirements:**
This role requires a web3 enthusiast who wants to grow a career in sales, but
is also willing to learn in a fast growing, scrappy enviornment. Therefore,
you:
* Must have work experience in web3.
* Wants to inspire more job seekers to land a job in web3.
* 2+ years of experience in sales/business development/partnerships.
**The Gig:**
* Interacting with potential clients through phone calls, personalized email correspondence, and video conferencing.
* Discovering and assessing new accounts while qualifying both outbound and inbound sales prospects.
* Collaborating with the Marketing team to offer insights into campaign effectiveness, enhance lead qualification, and refine lead scoring.
* Creating, testing, and refining outbound campaigns to generate new opportunities.
* Collaborating closely with Sales to strategically penetrate key accounts.
* Assisting the Sales Engineering team by conducting product demonstrations.
* Maintaining comprehensive records of activities and ensuring data accuracy in Hubspot/Salesforce.
* Representing the company and providing information to potential clients at trade shows, conferences, and exclusive events, with occasional travel required.
**Nice-To-Knows:**
* This position will report directly to growth team.
* This is a fully remote position, and you can choose your own hours. All we ask is that you plan to overlap around ~4 hours per week from 9am-6pm PST.
* The salary for this position paid in your local currency.
