About the position:

Mentor is an online education platform focused on providing exclusive access
to some of the world’s top Mentors through real-time streaming, community, and
curriculum. Mentor aims to change the e-learning landscape by providing a
comprehensive learning experience by allowing students to learn from all
Mentors at a single price, maximizing their educational ROI.

Who You Are:

Preferably 1-2 years sales experience
Strong communication, organization and time management skills
Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Be resilient, creative and resourceful in employing sales strategies
Eager and excellent work ethic appropriate for a fast-paced, growing startup;
ability to wear multiple hats
Ambitious, looking to climb the company ladder.

What You’ll Do:

Contact and correspond with potential clients following Mentor sales
strategies (SMS and Phone Call)
Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the
company
Track progress towards meeting sales goals
Meet KPIs consistently
Attend team meetings
Use customer relationship management (Close.io) software to manage leads and
sales activities
*Please note: You will not have to worry about getting your own leads; we ensure you have warm leads ready to go.

Compensation, Benefits, + Perks:

The annual pay range for this full-time position is $80K - $250K OTE (this
position is 100% remote-US). Our pay ranges are guided by discipline, level
and experience required. Within the range, individual pay may vary based on
additional factors, including: your specific location, desired skills/
technical competency, relevant experience and advanced education/ training.
