**What will your day look like? As a Sr. Full Stack/Back End Engineer, you
will:**
* Develop, validate, and continuously deploy code throughout the backend and frontend systems
* Investigate and present innovative approaches to intricate business and technical obstacles
* Ensure comprehensive code coverage through the creation of top-notch unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
* Produce exceptional documentation
* Collaborate extensively with product management to conceptualize and create prototypes for platform enhancements
**You will be a good fit as the Sr. Full Stack/Back End Engineer if you
have:**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or demonstrate equivalent work experience)
* 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in a full-time capacity
* Exhibit a strong foundation in Computer Science, encompassing a deep comprehension of data structures, algorithms, and concurrency
* Familiarity with databases, networking, internet security, and cloud computing frameworks like Kubernetes and AWS offerings is advantageous
* Demonstrate over 5 years of expertise working with backend frameworks such as Django, Rails, Node + Express, Go + Gin, Spring, etc.
* Showcase a proven track record of utilizing relational databases in a production environment, including schema design, query optimization, and working with object-relational mappers (we leverage Django's ORM)
* Possess 3+ years of experience employing modern deployment technologies in a production environment, with additional experience in AWS CDK considered a plus
* Exhibit 3+ years of proficiency in modern frontend technologies, including React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS. Familiarity with TypeScript, React Hooks, Redux Toolkit, and Material UI is a bonus.
* Understand contemporary web application design patterns and concepts, encompassing Single-Page Applications (SPAs), REST, GraphQL, containerization, and testing
* Display a thorough understanding of agile practices and tools
* Showcase proven software design skills, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
