### **Overview:**
Lyric Cycles designs and manufactures high performance electric bikes and
motorcycles. Our commitment to innovation, purposeful and use-case based
design, and operational excellence, set us apart from competitors. As Lyric
Cycles expands its sales channels and prepares to scale production, we are
raising a seed round and are looking for assistance to supplement our founders
as we raise. The team is small and the founders are both engaged in running
the business so we would like the help of a broker dealer to assist us in the
fundraising effort. This is also in the hopes of expanding our network of
investors, so the ideal candidate would know a group of investors that they
feel they could successfully approach with the opportunity to invest in an
electric motorcycle company.
### Responsibilities:
**Fundraising & Investor Relations:**
* Lead the company's fundraising efforts to develop and execute an investor relations strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives; engage in investor outreach, manage pitch decks and relevant documentation, lead due diligence, etc.
* Collaborate with the executive team to update existing presentations and materials to engage and attract potential investors. (all materials are fully developed, updates needed only to change storyline)
* Identify key investor relations initiatives and tactics to enhance the company's reputation and investor confidence.
* Determine ideal investor profiles, and Identify potential investors aligned with strategy and profiles, including leveraging personal networks.
* Act as the primary point of contact and build / nurture / maintain relationships with investors, including venture capitalists, angel investors, celebrity investors, and those in/interested in the electric vehicle (EV) space.
### Key Accountabilities:
* Secure adequate funding for Lyric Cycles' growth and expansion.
* Build and nurture relationships with investors and financial institutions.
* Provide financial insights and recommendations on fundraising strategy and terms

* You know the first 30 phone calls you'd make for our kind of company
* You've helped to find and secure $100M+ collectively in previous deals
