Role Description: As the CTO, you will play a pivotal role in laying the
technical foundation for Lyceum AI. We need a hands-on, full-stack developer
who can bring our vision to life by creating a state-of-the-art, AI-driven
platform from the ground up.
**Responsibilities** :
1. **Technical Leadership** : Spearhead the development of our AI/ML-oriented platform.
2. **Prototyping** : Lead the prototyping phase, ensuring quick iterations and robust testing.
3. **Team Building** : Attract, recruit, and onboard technical talent, forming a cohesive team.
4. **Decision Making** : Select the most suitable tech stack, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and user experience.
5. **Stakeholder Management** : Collaborate closely with the CEO and other key stakeholders to align technical strategy with business goals.
**Requirements** :
1. Proven experience in a technical leadership role, preferably at an early-stage startup.
2. Experience with full-stack development, including front-end, back-end, and database technologies.
3. Understanding of AI/ML algorithms, especially in the domain of large language models.
4. Exceptional team-building skills, with an eye for spotting and nurturing talent. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
5. Passion for education and a belief in the transformative power of technology in classrooms.
