**The Role:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Strategic
Alliances to join our team and drive our business partnerships in the
healthcare market. As the Director of Strategic Alliances, you will be
responsible for identifying, developing, and overseeing strategic alliances
with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry to accelerate our company's
growth and market presence. You will play a vital role in shaping and
executing our partnership strategy to create mutually beneficial relationships
that drive innovation and value for our organization and its partners.

**What You’ll Do:**

* Partnership Strategy Development: Collaborate with the executive team to define and refine the partnership strategy for the healthcare market, considering current and future business objectives and market trends.
* Partner Identification and Engagement: Identify and evaluate potential partners in the healthcare industry, including healthcare providers, payers, pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, and other relevant organizations. Initiate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to explore collaboration opportunities.
* Contract Negotiation and Execution: Lead contract negotiations with prospective partners, ensuring agreements align with strategic objectives and legal requirements. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as legal and finance teams, to ensure smooth contract execution.
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day interactions. Foster open communication, address partner needs, and nurture long-term partnerships that drive mutual success.
* Alliance Program Oversight: Develop and implement processes, frameworks, and metrics to effectively manage strategic alliances. Monitor partner performance, track key deliverables, and evaluate the overall success of partnerships against predefined goals and objectives.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of partnership initiatives. Drive internal awareness and understanding of partnership benefits and opportunities.
* Market Analysis and Opportunity Assessment: Stay updated on the healthcare market landscape, industry trends, and competitive intelligence. Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential partners that align with our strategic objectives.
* Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports and presentations to provide insights into partnership performance, including key metrics, milestones, and ROI. Leverage data-driven analysis to drive continuous improvement and inform decision-making processes.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

**Must Haves:**

* Proven experience (5 or more years) in strategic alliance management, business development, or partnership management in the healthcare industry.
* Solid understanding of the healthcare market landscape, including key players, trends, and regulatory environment.
* Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and execute strategic partnerships that drive business growth.
* Effective negotiation and contract management skills, with a track record of successfully closing complex agreements.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and decision-making.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM systems.
* Travel will be required to meet with partners and attend industry events.

* The base salary range budgeted for this position is $140,000-$160,000 range per year. This role will include an annual discretionary target bonus based on performance as well as company equity. The final offer determined for the candidate hired to this position will depend on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant skills, professional experience, labor market conditions, etc.
