**What does a day as a Junior Software Developer look like?**
As a member of the Information Technology team, you will be performing a
variety of responsibilities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Designing, developing, and testing software applications.
* Automating workflows using robotic process automation tools and Python programming.
* Facilitating data exchange and analysis/presentation using scripted processes, APIs, and data warehouse.
* Using creative software solutions to improve productivity, reduce friction, and improve member experience.
**What is the schedule? **Our hours for this position are 8:00 am to 5:00pm
Monday through Friday. Sometimes giving top-notch member service may require a
little overtime, but we value work-life-balance and do our best to limit this.
**Does your skillset and experience line up? **For this role, we are looking
for someone who:
* Has 2+ years of related or relevant experience
* A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other related coursework
* Must maintain a professional, courteous, and friendly atmosphere for members and co-workers
* Must have very strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
