One of our goals is building an elite engineering team that can leverage the
latest technological solutions with proprietary code. We are looking for
technical and creative people who have experience in solving technical issues
and wish to impact the real estate market strongly.
Required Qualifications
\- At least 5-year experience developing Web applications on a production
environment.
\- Experience with Ruby on Rails.
\- Experience with JavaScript or one of the following front-end frameworks:
Angular, Backbone.js, Ember.js, React, Vue.js
\- Experience with Relational/nonrelational databases. MySQL, Redis, and
PostgreSQL are in our stack.
Additional Qualifications
\- Experience designing micro-services, service-oriented architectures using
AWS or other cloud-based environments.
\- Open source contributions would be remarkable.
Responsibilities
\- Designing and building the most agile and most engaged platform for real
estate negotiation.
\- Adding or contributing new technology services and tools to our platform.
Don´t be afraid of choosing new technologies and implementing them.
\- Leadership skills. You don’t only do what is needed. Proposing ideas and
designing UX/UI high-quality products is expected.
\- Researching, enhancing and improving our machine learning platform.
\- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

creating and sharing ideas. However, remote work is allowed.
