Job Description

Construction is a trillion-dollar industry with a GDP of 6% and employs 150
million workforces globally. Kwant was born in 2019 with the mission to
provide digital transparency to every construction jobsite - connecting each
data node which includes the workforce, materials, and assets to improve
safety and productivity.

“Kwant” originates from the combination of our love of “quants” representing
quantum physics and the construction industry. We are pushing the boundaries
of the industry to take a “Kwantum Leap”, from manual processes and reactive
decision making to real-time and data-driven decision making.

As an Account Executive, you will play a mission critical role in our customer
growth journey. You’ll know how to handle complex sales cycles in not only
uncovering new opportunities, but also upselling and cross-selling. You have
experience in selling both our SaaS and hardware solutions.

**We’d love to hear from you if you:**

* You’ll represent our brand and move our mission forward by connecting with construction and real estate partners and closing deals
* Come with enterprise SaaS sales experience. Sales experience specifically in the construction industry is a huge plus
* Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
* Assess revenue potential, build and execute on your territory strategy and account plan
* Timely follow up and qualification of new prospects from either inbound leads or outbound efforts
* Manage and maintain accurate leads, opportunities, and account information within Hubspot.com
* Develop and present hard-dollar ROI models to support the KwantAI business case
* Leverage internal product management, operations, leadership, and engineering resources to solve prospect needs and issues in the spirit of teamwork
* Pursue an increased knowledge of key competitors to communicate our value proposition to customers effectively
