Reporting to the Chief Relations Officer, the **Driving Nanny Operations
Associate** is crucial for the growth of our company. This hands-on role will
be responsible for the relationship management of our drivers, including
providing support, managing driver communications, and being the internal
advocate for driver relations within the company.

The ideal candidate for this position is a leader who is adept at building
relationships at all levels, is a problem solver who remains calm under
pressure, and has excellent communications skills. This role has the potential
to quickly expand into a managerial position as the company grows.

**Job Description**

* Build and maintain a positive working relationship with Kidcaboo drivers.
* Serve as the main point of contact, both internal and external, relating to driver communications.
* Maintain high-quality standard of responses on all driver communications to ensure a positive driver experience with the goal of building trust and long term loyalty.
* Manage and promptly respond to all driver communications through calls and texts. Answer driver’s questions such as questions about their upcoming rides, how to use the app, payroll, etc.
* Reach out to drivers about specific ride requests with the goal of identifying a driver who can complete the ride.
* Work closely with the parent liaison to communicate important updates to and from the driver.
* Complete onboarding / orientation calls with new drivers once they have been hired.
* Ability to remain calm and focused while quickly problem solving when urgent matters arise.
* Bias for proactively resolving issues.
* Be “on call” for driver issues when rides are happening, potentially including some evenings and weekends.
* Act as a driver advocate within the company, representing their feedback and needs to relevant teams.

**Experience / skills required** :

* 2+ years of professional experience in a customer support, customer success, account management, project management, coordinator, or similar role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English
* Enthusiasm for Kidcaboo’s mission and eagerness to become a part of our collaborative, friendly, and dynamic team
* Extremely organized and detail-oriented
* Strong team player capable of operating and contributing under pressure
* Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment, and help build sustainable processes using technology
* Strong execution and accountability. Ability to work independently with little supervision
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
* Preferred experience with Slack and Asana tools

Compensation will be in a form of equity (% ownership of the company) that
will be vested every 2 weeks, with potential for a full salary once series A
investment comes through.
