**AI Engineer**
At Keye, along with democratizing access, we are introducing a new product
that is revolutionizing how institutional investors evaluate private
companies. Keye is a venture-backed team aiming to alleviate some of the
headache, cost, and competitive loss associated with extended due diligence
processes. Firms using our product save money on diligence, perform better
diligence, and win time-sensitive deals. All of this translates into better
returns for our customers. We’re doing this by using cutting-edge machine
learning and artificial intelligence (ML/AI) tech combined with good ol’
fashioned software engineering and a healthy amount of financial industry
understanding.
A little bit about the Keye team:
We are a group of founders and engineers ( **Ex-Google, Microsoft, Mckinsey,
multitude of startups, Wharton, and Penn engineering** ) who have experience
working in Investing, Operations, Sales & Partnerships, Product development,
and Engineering. We’ve been through Wharton’s startup-accelerator, NYC's
Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator, and have won a variety of awards. Our
current goal is to secure 3-5 design partnerships with relevant institutional
investors and get our product working on live deals. We’re well on our way in
the 0 to 1 process!
Job Requirements:
We are looking to hire a part-time or full-time AI engineer (cash and/or
equity compensation). Here’s what we’re looking for:
● Excited to run experiments and figure out what works with new tech
● Has an intuition about what our users expect (finance analysts, associates,
and VPs)
● Has built and shipped some kind of software project into production before,
ideally in Python
● Exposure to modern ML and excited to learn more, especially LLMs
We’re excited to check out what you’ve built before. Our MVP currently uses
LLMs, but it will likely be multi-model and multimodal soon. You’ll be working
mostly directly with our Head of Product & Engineering, as well as cross-
functionally with product, design, sales, and business functions.
If part time, the candidate will be expected to work 15-20 hours a week.
You will work in a team whose focuses are:
● Most importantly, ship!!!
● Improving our document ingestion pipeline
● Improving our LLM-driven analysis pipeline
● Iterating on LLM prompts to improve product performance.
● Upgrade the MVP architecture when necessary for pushing forward business
goals.
● Iterating on our product frontend (React, Typescript)
● Standing up and connecting production services using modern cloud infra
(AWS) and API design standards
