**Responsibilities:**
* Technical Leadership: Lead the development of our core technology, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
* Product Development: Work closely with the founding team to design, build, and deploy new features and products.
* Architecture Design: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure system architectures.
* Team Building: Play a key role in hiring, mentoring, and leading a high-performing engineering team.
* Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with other teams including product, design, and marketing to define and deliver the best possible products.
* Code Quality: Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
* Innovation: Continuously explore and implement new technologies to enhance product offerings and improve development efficiency.
**Requirements:**
* Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of building and deploying scalable applications.
* Skills: Proficiency in .NET, CosmosDB, React.js are required..
* Startup Mindset: Previous experience in a startup environment or similar, with an ability to adapt to rapidly changing conditions.
* Doer Attitude: Strong execution skills with a hands-on approach to tackling challenges.
* Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding innovative solutions.
* Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with HRTech, SaaS Platforms,
* Knowledge of HRTech industry best practices and trends.
* Experience in scaling a product from MVP to a large user base.
