**Description**
At Intentsify, we build software to make intent data actionable for marketing
and sales teams. Our services digest millions of web pages every day,
extracting deep semantic information that helps our customers make sense of
what their buyers are interested in, how competitors position their messaging,
and what the main market trends are.
Intentsify is looking for a Senior Back End Developer ready to provide
technical guidance to our growing software engineering team. You will be
designing the architecture and contributing code to our data processing
pipelines, terabyte-sized databases, APIs, and cloud infrastructure. You will
be an early member of our rapidly growing software team, guiding the evolution
of our software infrastructure to support both internal and external products.
**Responsibilities**
* Work on all aspects of delivering working software, including analysis, design, automated testing, operations, CI/CD, cross-team collaboration, and support
* Review the current architecture and create a roadmap for improvements.
* Develop test strategies, design automation frameworks, write unit/functional tests to drive up code coverage and automation metrics.
* Mentor others in development technologies, tools, and processes.
**Qualifications**
* You enjoy and have 3+ years of experience writing and maintaining scalable backend services using Agile practices.
* You have worked cross-functionally and interfaced with product managers, designers, front end developers, customers, vendors.
* You have experience building high-volume consumer facing software, including developing highly scalable distributed systems.
* You have real-world experience working with NodeJS.
* You have the ability to understand, design, and explain complex systems.
* You have SQL / relational database knowledge.
* You have experience with CI/CD workflows.
