We are looking for a Sr. Full Stack Developer to join our growing
international digital agency. The perfect candidate will be an ambitious,
driven individual with a grasp of front & back-end development languages &
best practices. We're a HubSpot shop, and the ability and desire to build in
HubSpot CMS is critical. If you haven't worked in HubSpot before, this job
probably isn't right for you.
Our new hire will work in a web-based programming environment with support
from a team of UX/UI designers, marketers, system architects, and developers.
They'll learn modern strategies for web development and how to bring designs
to life across a host of applications and viewing devices.
The prospective team member should understand how to work with deadlines, be
driven to succeed, and demonstrate excellent organizational skills. You'll
need to bring a solid code base and portfolio of work to be considered. We
have the tools and environment to turn you in an expert developer in the

### Core Responsibilities
* Support agency and client requests that require programming
* Leverage CSS, PHP, and jQuery skills to modify existing code base
* Make observations and recommendations for improved site performance
* Develop new websites in HubSpot and WordPress CMS platforms
* Effectively prioritize and execute tasks with proper planning to work on multiple projects simultaneously
* Work within Project Management Software, Slack, and HubSpot
* Stay current with modern web trends and related technologies
### Desired Experience
* At least five years of relevant programming experience
* Fluent in English, prefer some Spanish too
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Expert abilities in Javascript and CSS
* Solid abilities in HubSpot template & custom module development
* Solid understanding and usage of HUBL
* Solid understanding of HubSpot themes including DND area, section, column, and row structure module development including JSON structure and style fields
* Solid understanding of the HubSpot CLI
* Ability to conduct technical analysis and research
* Problem-solving aptitude
