Operating up to 12 hours a day, it effectively manages calls and voice call to
turn prospects into dedicated clients. We are searching for a Co-Founder and
CTO with a passion for artificial intelligence, innovation, and driving
technological growth.
Role Overview:
As Co-Founder and CTO, you will lead the technological vision of the company,
focusing on the development, integration, and scaling of our advanced AI sales
technology. This role requires a combination of deep technical expertise in AI
and machine learning and a visionary approach to technology application in
business.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the technology strategy, focusing on the continuous development and
enhancement of our AI sales solution.
Oversee the R&D team, encouraging innovation and setting high standards for
performance and reliability.
Ensure the AI technology integrates seamlessly into sales processes while
maintaining the highest standards of client interaction.
Qualifications:
Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
Demonstrable experience in developing AI technologies, preferably in a startup
environment.
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing
technology team.
