### Responsibilities

**E-commerce Strategy Development:**

* Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to maximize online sales and profitability.
* Identify and implement new marketing initiatives to increase customer acquisition and retention.

**Website and Ad Optimization:**

* Conduct split tests and continuously optimize ads and website to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
* Implement SEO strategies and optimize landing pages to increase organic traffic and conversion rates.

**Performance Monitoring:**

* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to website traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
* Analyze data and generate actionable insights to drive decision-making and improve overall e-commerce performance.

**Demand Generation:**

* Develop and manage affiliate and influencer programs to drive traffic and sales.
* Leverage earned media opportunities through PR, social media, and content marketing.
* Experiment with field marketing in key locations to refine and scale marketing strategies.

**Product Positioning and Pricing Strategy:**

* Position products effectively in the market, emphasizing unique selling points such as all-natural ingredients and competitive pricing.
* Develop pricing strategies that maximize revenue while maintaining perceived value.

GTM Implementation:

* Launch and optimize the Shopify store to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Execute the growth plan with a focus on earned media, affiliate marketing, and aggressive upsell opportunities.

### Skills and Qualifications:

* Proven track record of success in scaling a CPG product, preferably within the supplements industry.
* Strong knowledge of e-commerce strategies, online marketing, and best practices.
* Experience with split testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
* Proficiency in utilizing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and data-driven decision-making.
* Familiarity with online advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Amazon Advertising.
* Understanding of website design, user experience (UX), and conversion optimization principles.
* Proficiency in Figma and Canva
* Strong understanding of SEO and landing page optimization.
* Excellent time management skills.
