**About HypeLab**

HypeLab is an advertising network aiming to be the Google Ads of web3. Founded
in 2022, we’re a technology startup backed by some of the best VCs in the
crypto space.

This is an opportunity to be an early team member in a fast-growth, high-
ambition startup. We’re looking for a highly motivated individual interested
in closing advertising and partnership deals, fostering relationships with
some of the most recognizable brands in web3, and continuously improving our
sales and go-to-market processes.

**What we’re looking for**

You’ll be a key member of the HypeLab business team. You’ll be responsible for
managing the end-to-end sales cycle for our biggest clients. You’ll need to be
proficient in generating leads, closing and structuring deals, managing
existing accounts, and securing renewals.

You’ll work directly with the HypeLab founders to figure out how to take
learnings from our initial base of customers and scale it up. Working on our
ads platform will get you access to some of the largest players in web3 and
it’s your job to show them why they need to become HypeLab advertisers /
publishers.

**Must Haves**

* You can manage a complex end-to-end sales cycle with multiple stakeholders. You have a proven track record in lead generation, prospecting, negotiations, closing, and account management.
* You’re relentless at working towards ambitious KPIs to acquire new customers and manage renewals to increase revenue.
* You’re strategic. You can develop and refine go-to-market processes and experiments that will measurably contribute to increased revenue.
* You’re an excellent communicator and relationship builder. You’ll need to be comfortable exchanging emails with the executive team at Uniswap but also sending Telegrams DMs to the degen project founders. You thrive on building long-term relationships that last.
* You have a strong bias-towards-action and a get-it-done mentality with the required tenacity and speed. You possess raw intellectual horsepower and have an eagerness to constantly improve.

**Nice to haves**

* Experience in online advertising and/or web3 protocols. This role is going to have a steep learning curve, so it helps to come in with at least some prior domain knowledge.
* Strong analytical abilities and experience with automated tools and SaaS products that can significantly increase our edge in the sales process
