##### Job Description :
As a Jr. RPA Developer, you will be part of the team that the way in
automation, engaging on the most strategic and complex projects and
initiatives supporting Hub digital transformation delivery. The ideal
candidate will be part of an Automation Team to develop and implement RPA
solutions for various internal and external clients to replace existing manual
workflows. The Jr. RPA Developer will report into the CTO organization as part
of the enterprise architecture and design team.
_**Key Responsibilities:**_
-Set up the UIPath development environments (software installation, installation of related technologies)
-Configure new processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand using robotics technologies with UI Path
-Comply with and help to enforce design and coding standards, policies, and procedures
-Direct efforts to define technical, operational, and user requirements
-Work with structured project plans, communicate any identified project risks and issues to the delivery manager accordingly and provide inputs to the change control process
-Create access control interfaces via the Application Modeler within Object Studio
-Participate in peer code review
-Ability to grasp and understand architecture design as part of the development cycle
-Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases
-Work collaboratively with test teams during the Product test and UAT phases to fix assigned bugs with quality
_**Education:**_
-Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
-Recent college graduates
_**Skills:**_
Technical knowledge of robotic automation products
Understanding of COTS and SaaS products such as Dynamics 365
1-5 years experience with software development, with 0-2 years experience with
UIPath
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
Possesses strong communication skills with the ability to present technical
details to non-technical audiences
Programming and coding skills a plus with Python, .NET, NodeJS
Proven Knowledge of Integrated development environments
Strong client and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand the
business process and create process flow diagrams for call center, quote,
customer engagement, broker management, producers, and carriers
