**Role Overview** :
We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Senior Designer to join
our team on a part-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to work
remotely and the potential to transition into a design leadership position as
the company grows. As a Senior Designer at Housing.Cloud, you will play a
crucial role in shaping the user experience and overall aesthetics of our
platform, ensuring it meets the needs and expectations of our users.
**Key Responsibilities** :
* Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other team members to create user-centric designs and solutions for our web and mobile applications.
* Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that is scalable, flexible, and accessible.
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for user interfaces, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and other methods to gather insights and inform design decisions.
* Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback, user data, and company objectives.
* Effectively communicate design concepts, ideas, and rationale to stakeholders.
**Requirements** :
* 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the EdTech or real estate industries.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design, visual design, and interaction design.
* Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
* Experience with responsive design, mobile-first design, and design systems.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.
* Legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada.
* Previous B2B SaaS experience is a huge bonus
