**About the role**
Homecoming is looking for an experienced full-stack software engineer to help
build out the world's first practice management platform for the holistic
health care space. We're an early product-market-fit startup doing continuous
product discovery with our customers and we're looking for mission-driven
people to join that process.
* There's a ton of room for creativity in this role. You'll have the opportunity to speak with customers often, define and develop new features, and there's a lot of collaboration between product, engineering, and design. The work you do will have an immediate and significant impact on our product and our users.
* This is a fully remote role. We're ideally looking for folks located within three hours of US EST.
* We're looking for someone who's a full-stack generalist. We use Python + Flask to power our GraphQL backend; we use Typescript and React for our web frontend, and React Native for our iOS and Android apps. Deep experience with these technologies is a plus, but isn't a hard requirement.
* Homecoming is a small startup, and you'll be given a lot of autonomy to decompose tasks and manage your time as you see fit. We're looking for someone with at least 5 years of industry experience.
* We're a mission-driven company; we're all passionate about the possibilities of holistic health care, and we're driven to make practitioners in that space successful. Any past experience with health tech or mental / spiritual health are a big plus.
**What you’ll do**
* Develop, test, and productionize end-to-end features and user interfaces for the Homecoming web and mobile applications
* Collaborate within a cross-functional team to generate initiatives to provide value to our users and grow the business
* Engage in technical research and decision-making
* Champion best practices, and contribute to efforts to refactor and improve the developer experience
* Help plan product roadmaps and bi-weekly sprints, taking into account trade-offs and the larger business and product strategy
**Compensation**
* Salary: 120 - 160k USD
* Equity: 1.0 - 2.0%

* Paid vacation: 4 weeks, plus a company-wide holiday closure between Christmas and New Year
