**As a Homie, you are learning to be a bar raiser, which means you come with**
* 2+ years of Web Software Engineering experience (internship experience counts)
* Familiarity or experience with MVC software framework: Ruby and Rails or experience with a full-stack backend framework such as Spring or Django, and proven ability to learn new frameworks and languages.
* Comfortable with HTML/CSS
* Familiarity with Front End Javascript frameworks like React, or Vue
* Understanding of object-oriented software design
* Development experience using version control systems such as GitHub
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering disciplines or equivalent required
* English language proficiency
* Highly motivated, with a passion to learn and grow
* Ability to work from the office weekly on Tuesdays and Wednesdays

enhance the value of the Homebase software platform to impact the lives of our

* You’ll help Product Engineering deliver value to our customers through feature development, enhancements, and bug fixes on our web platform
* You will learn and put into practice our current engineering strategy and development process to build high-quality code and documentation
* Actively participating in team meetings, offering insights, and asking relevant questions
* Engage in self-learning through online resources, courses, and workshops to enhance technical proficiency
