### About the Company
Hipp Health is an early-stage healthcare startup building AI-enabled tools to
streamline workflows for remote healthcare providers. Our mission is to
minimize administrative burdens on practitioners so they can focus on
delivering high-quality patient care. We're looking for a talented Software
Engineer to join our product team and help build innovative solutions that
transform the remote healthcare experience.
### Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient software components that power our AI-driven healthcare platform.
* Contribute to architectural decisions, technology evaluation, and continuous improvement of our codebase and development processes.
* Work closely with the rest of the team to deeply understand user needs and translate those insights into intuitive and seamless product experiences.
* Leverage our, and third-party AI models to intelligently automate manual processes, and augment user workflows.
* Build robust APIs, integrations with third-party systems (e.g. EMRs), and high-performance and delightful front-end interfaces.
* Embrace an ownership mindset, taking responsibility for the full lifecycle of the features you build - from concept to maintenance.
* Continuously learn and adapt, wearing multiple hats as needed to drive projects forward in our dynamic startup environment.
* Uphold high coding standards through test-driven development, peer reviews, and ongoing refactoring.
### What You'll Bring:
* Strong proficiency in modern programming languages and web development frameworks. Experience with NextJS, GraphQL, React Native, and/or Prisma is a plus.
* Ability to quickly ramp up and be productive across different layers of the technology stack.
* Passion for building delightful user experiences.
