Summary:
The Business Development Director is responsible for developing and executing
a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings,
specifically for the company's coffee robots. This includes identifying and
developing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers,
partners, and vendors, and overseeing the sales and marketing teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a business strategy that aligns with the company's overall
goals and objectives, specifically for the coffee robots.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the coffee industry.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners in the coffee
industry.
Oversee the sales and marketing teams and provide them with guidance and
support.
Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to generate leads and
close deals.
Track and analyze sales data and performance.
Forecast sales and revenue.
Negotiate and close contracts for the sale of the company's coffee robots.
Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments, specifically
in the coffee industry and the robotics industry.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in
the coffee industry or robotics industry.
Strong understanding of the robotics industry and the coffee market.
Proven track record of success in developing and closing new business deals.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions.
Ability to manage and motivate a team.
