We're looking for a founding Lead Engineer/CTO to join a small team (with two
developers) early and tackle one of the biggest opportunities out there.

**Role**
Leading engineer who will have a major hand in the roadmap, establish the
foundation to create a scalable platform that adapts with non-linear
advancements in AI.
**Ideal cadidates have:**
* Passion to build tools that leave the planet better than they found it
* 7+ years of software engineering experience
* Experience leading engineering teams
* Experience and desire to build products from 0-1
* Experience/competencies in building with AI (RAG, agents, etc).
* The ability to think big and understand that change is the only constant
* Enthusiasm for the future of AI and a passion to leverage it and create entirely new experiences
**Extra credit**
* Previous startup experience
* Background in climate, fintech, or AI
