Job Description: In this role, you will have a diverse range of
responsibilities to support our company's operations. Your primary focus will
be on maintaining and creating lead generation bots, managing email marketing
campaigns, and providing general administrative assistance. Some of your key
tasks will include:
* Developing and maintaining lead generation bots using Python to extract and process data from various sources.
* Collaborating with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and implementing automated solutions to generate leads and collect relevant data.
* Integrating lead generation bots with CRM systems to streamline lead management processes.
* Configuring and managing email marketing tools (e.g., MailChimp, Sendinblue) to create and execute targeted email campaigns.
* Designing and optimizing email templates for effective communication and engagement.
* Conducting A/B testing and analyzing campaign metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize conversion rates.
* Providing general administrative support, such as replying to emails, managing schedules, organizing files, and performing data entry tasks.
* Assisting with any other administrative tasks as required to ensure the smooth operation of the company.
##### **Requirements:**
* Proven experience as a Python Developer, preferably with expertise in web scraping and automation.
* Familiarity with lead generation techniques and experience in developing lead generation bots.
* Proficiency in using Python libraries/frameworks for web scraping, such as BeautifulSoup and Scrapy.
* Strong understanding of email marketing principles and experience with email marketing tools.
* Knowledge of HTML and CSS for designing email templates is preferred.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and integrating bots with third-party applications.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle administrative duties effectively.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills for replying to emails and maintaining professional correspondence.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Working Hours and Compensation: This is a part-time position, requiring 4
hours of work per day. The specific working hours can be discussed and agreed
upon. The compensation for this role is £15 per hour.
