at a pivotal point in our journey and are looking for a driven and creative
Head of Growth / CMO / Growth Hacker to lead our growth initiatives and help
us scale rapidly.

**Position Overview:**
The Head of Growth / CMO / Growth Hacker will be the driving force behind our
customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. This role requires
a growth-focused leader with a deep understanding of B2B SaaS, who can develop
and execute innovative strategies to accelerate growth. You will be
responsible for leading all aspects of growth marketing, including demand
generation, digital marketing, and product-led growth initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Growth Strategy Development: Craft and execute a comprehensive growth strategy focused on rapid customer acquisition, maximizing customer lifetime value, and scaling revenue.
* Demand Generation: Lead and optimize multi-channel demand generation efforts, including digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid media.
* Growth Hacking: Identify, experiment with, and scale new growth channels, tactics, and strategies to accelerate growth. Utilize a data-driven approach to testing and optimizing growth initiatives.
* Product-Led Growth: Work closely with the product team to implement product-led growth strategies, including in-app marketing, user onboarding, and feature adoption campaigns.
* Customer Acquisition: Drive the strategy and execution for paid and organic acquisition channels, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads.
* Analytics & Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize the performance of growth initiatives. Report on key growth metrics and make data-driven decisions to enhance results.
* Brand Development: Oversee the development and execution of our brand strategy to establish a strong, differentiated market presence that resonates with our target audience.
* Content & Inbound Marketing: Develop and manage content marketing strategies that drive inbound traffic, build brand authority, and support lead generation efforts.
* Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Lead efforts to optimize conversion rates across all stages of the marketing and sales funnels, from lead capture to customer onboarding.
* Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing growth and marketing team, fostering a culture of experimentation, creativity, and continuous improvement.
* Budget Management: Efficiently manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI while supporting aggressive growth targets.

**Qualifications:**

* Experience: 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related role within a B2B SaaS company. Proven track record of driving significant growth in a SaaS environment.
* Growth Hacking Expertise: Deep knowledge of growth hacking principles, with hands-on experience in testing, learning, and scaling growth strategies.
* Technical Acumen: Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel), and other growth-related technologies.
* Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and optimize growth strategies.
* Creativity & Innovation: A creative thinker who can develop and execute unique growth initiatives that set the company apart in a competitive market.
* Leadership: Experience leading and scaling growth teams, with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style.
* Product Focused: Experience with product-led growth strategies and a deep understanding of how to drive user engagement and retention through the product.
* Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in growth marketing are a plus.
