**About us**
Grove Redefines Our Very Existence Inc. (d/b/a Grove) is a decentralized
infrastructure gateway for permissionless open source protocols, such as
public blockchains, and AI foundational models. Grove is the original team
that built POKT Network, a custom L1 blockchain protocol that permissionlessly
coordinates access to the aforementioned open source protocols.
As an infrastructure service built on top of an open-source, permissionless
protocol driving both supply and demand, we believe in a future that will
enable greater participation in global digital economies and communities.
We are preparing to replatform our entire stack in the latter half of 2024 and
this is an opportunity to join the team and contribute to that future.

**In this role, you will:**
* Work with bleeding edge technologies and Infrastructure as code (Iac) to support billions of user requests
* Architect, design, and implement end-to-end solutions for deployment automation, visibility, high availability, and security for Grove’s infrastructure
* Develop and Troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines to empower our development teams to build faster
* Provide on-call (24/7) support approximately 1 week out of every two months
* Lead the design and development of complex software solutions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality and timely delivery
* Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback -Work as a scientist to experiment/test, validate assumptions and connect the dots to reach a conclusion
* Guide the design and creation of dashboards and monitoring tools to provide insight into the performance of the product, the efficiency of our workflow, and areas for improvement
* Have a big-picture view of the product development and suggests the best ways to develop having in mind the final market goal
* Demonstrate the ability to independently problem-solve and research solutions
* Maintain a deep knowledge of the technologies and tools used in our development and release cycle
* Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and programming languages
**Preferred qualifications**
* You are passionate about web3, crypto, and the evolution of technology
* You have worked with the cloud (we use GCP today) for 3+ years.
* You are knowledgeable about Infrastructure as Code best practices and have worked with IaC for 3+ years
* You have 1-3 years direct experience with Kubernetes
* You love GitHub and have experience with Open Source projects
* You have startup experience and/or are highly motivated to own your own work
* You are fast and want to go faster

* $75k-$150k USD (paid monthly by Wire or USDC/USDT over Ethereum)
