Los Angeles, or Austin
Type: Part or Full Time (minimum 3 days / week), Salaried with Benefits

emerging impact funds, catalyzing hundreds of millions of dollars into impact-
focused businesses across sectors. We convene, educate, and inspire high-net-
worth individuals, family offices, advisors, and foundations who contribute
their expertise and resources to our collective work. Our extended community
also includes company founders, fund managers, and ecosystem partners who
collaborate with us on advancing and building the impact investing field.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Community and Operations Associate
with strong interpersonal and organizational skills to join our small but
mighty team. This person will be a key administrator and executor of our
investor engagement program, including investment calls, topical roundtables,
portfolio site visits, and impact happy hours. This person will also manage
our team’s internal operations. An excellent communicator and entrepreneurial
problem-solver who takes pride in juggling multiple projects and timelines,
writing engaging e-mails tailored for different stakeholders, and keeping
organized files and calendars will thrive in this role.

The successful candidate will be experienced in operations, administrative
support, event planning, and/or project management, with startup experience or
a startup mindset. We are looking for someone who demonstrates high-level
project management, communications, and database management skills, and has a
strong results-orientation. Our ideal candidate is self-directed,
collaborative, and eager to drive impact for both our firm and our investors.
This is a role that will provide exposure to exciting companies and funds at
the forefront of innovative and impactful solutions.

Key responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

* Provide support for a broad spectrum of investor community-related activities, including managing external calendars and event timelines; coordinating with speakers and co-hosts; managing logistics for virtual Zoom meetings; and leading logistics and project management for in-person LP meetings, portfolio site visits, investor happy hours, etc.
* Support investor communications and investor database management, including: updating investor information and listservs; sending investor e-mails, surveys, and updates; and coordinating investor on-boarding
* Manage logistics, speaker management, budget and expense tracking for community events, including our annual Gratitude Investor Gathering
* Provide high-level administrative support for key organizational events, including managing calendars for recurring meetings/events, investor relations and select team projects and Board meetings
* Update and manage prospective and current investors lists.
* Manage post-investment process
* Built out a portfolio base to better track our investments across companies and funds
* Manage and conduct outreach on portfolio company and fund data to collect relevant updates through cloud-based file organization for Investments team
* Support special projects as needed

Candidate Qualifications

* Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a community manager, event planning, or administrative support (e.g. executive assistant, operations manager, office manager etc) role; Board and/or C-suite level support experience is a plus
* Proficiency and ability to use Microsoft Office, File Management System (Docsend, OneDrive, etc), Powerpoint, Excel, Slack; Experience with Airtable and Affinity is a plus
* Comfortable working in a remote team environment
* Strong project management skills
* Excellent personal and professional references
